Sunday through Thursday – 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Friday & Saturday – 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

One small caveat, though: when the BBQ is gone, it’s gone, and we may close up shop a little early when that happens. If you are planning to stop by for dinner, call us at 919-938-8334. We’re happy to take your order ahead of time. 

 As aficionados know, good BBQ takes time, lots of time. Our large meats stay on the smoker with the hardwoods and charcoal overnight, and we’re up early again to add the small meats.
